The Growing Place is a grounded space for people who want to reconnect with themselves, understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and create meaningful change. Led by me, Cheryl Gray, this work supports emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and life transitions, with a focus on clarity, integrity, and forward movement.
This space is for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in looping patterns, or disconnected from yourself and you’re ready to engage with real, lasting change. We move at a pace that is respectful and embodied, but not stagnant. You won’t be pushed, fixed, or rushed; and you will be supported to take responsibility, build momentum, and grow in ways that are real and sustainable.
Hi, I’m Cheryl, I’m known for bringing clarity, momentum, and grounded honesty to the spaces I’m in. I have a natural ability to see what’s really going on, ask the questions that matter, and support people to move forward in ways that are aligned, sustainable, and real.
My approach blends practical coaching through a holistic approach, encompassing both mind, body and spirit. I’m deeply committed to integrity, personal responsibility, and creating spaces where people feel safe to be seen and supported to act. I won’t rush you or rescue you, but I will walk alongside you as you build the clarity, confidence, and capacity to grow.
For people who are ready to fully invest in themselves and get stuck into the work. This is for those who feel aligned with me and my approach, are willing to be open and vulnerable, and are ready to move beyond old patterns into the life that is possible for them.
For those who want to grow alongside others in a supportive, shared space. This option suits people who are exploring coaching, seeking general strategies and skills, and who value connection and collective momentum without needing deeply targeted or highly personal work.
An immersive, nature-based experience, that includes working alongside animals. Retreat-style coaching weaves together reflection, body-based practises, and guided coaching to support real movement and awareness. This is for people who want space to slow down, reconnect, and shift patterns — while still being supported to grow in ways that are grounded, intentional, and lasting.
